Application form (filled out at the embassy)
Request form to register a marriage in the Registry of Marriage of the Republic of North Macedonia (filled out at the embassy)
Extract of the Registry of Marriages in an international format issued in countries signatories to the Convention on the issue of multilingual extracts from civil status records/ Vienna 1976. Extracts issued in non-signatory countries (e.g. Egypt), should be certified by an APOSTILLE and translated into Macedonian by a certified court translator
Certificates of citizenship of the Republic of North Macedonia
Travel documents (both the originals and copies of the aforementioned documents need to be submitted)
Proof of residence in the country where marriage was concluded.
